The Emergency Bag is a by-product of the super-insulating materials developed for NASA space programs. This bag will reflect and retain over 90% of radiated body heat, providing warmth and comfort for the wearer. The Emergency Bag will remain flexible at temperatures to 40 below zero. The bag also acts as a windbreaker to protect against the biting winds and to help deter the damaging effects of hypothermia. Can be used alone or inside your sleeping bag.
