Orders are shipped U.P.S., unless U.P.S. does not service the requested area or other shipping method is requested. Freight charges are based on the weight of the package and are to be paid by the purchaser. These charges are based on F.O.B. Richardson, TX.
The purchaser is responsible for acceptance of all shipments. If the shipment is not accepted, the purchaser is responsible for original shipping charges and return charges as well. This shipping must be paid before any other orders will ship.
Shortage and damage claims must be reported to Self Defense Supply within 48 hours of receipt. Any claim reported after 48 hours will be void.

- Returns & Replacements

All returns must first be approved by Self Defense Supply. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required, and no return will be accepted without one. A 15% restocking fee will be added to any merchandise where the customer notes no defects. Returns must be returned in their original packaging to receive a return credit. Before offering your customer an “over-the-counter” replacement, please verify with Self Defense Supply that you will receive a new product in return. Returned stun guns will only be exchanged, no credits will be given.
- Automatic Knives

Self Defense Supply is not responsible for sales of products into unauthorized areas.
For customers ordering automatic knives, a Form 18 is required to be on file at Self Defense Supply. Automatic knives will not be shipped without it on file.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment can be made by credit card or C.O.D. money order. All C.O.D. orders are subject to C.O.D. charges per box shipped.
All prices and terms presented are understood as subject to change without notice.
- Minimum Orders

The minimum order is $100.00. All orders under $100.00 will not be accepted. All goods are subject to availability.
- Backorders

Products that are temporarily out of stock will be placed on back order. Back orders will be shipped when available unless previously agreed upon otherwise. The purchaser is responsible for shipping on all backorders.
